The Stooly concept was born from the desire to be able to receive friends and family even in small apartments. We are all faced with the same problem: when friends show up unexpectedly, we have to rack our brains to rearrange the living room, find enough seats and sometimes even enough to allow them to stay and sleep. Stooly is above all a foldable stool which takes up little space and which can be folded and unfolded as needed. We have in fact imagined a particularly resistant honeycomb structure which can support up to 300kg on its own. We have indeed chosen cardboard as the main material, because it is an ideal solution compared to all plastic. The recycling rate of plastic is lower compared to cardboard, which can be used up to ten times and whose recycling rate reaches 65%! What's more, cardboard is a natural material (cellulose, a fiber extracted from wood) that is particularly strong and resistant.
