Payment by credit card

We accept payment by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal).

We use secure payment solutions: LCL Sherlock's, Paypal and Sofinco 3x.

LCL Sherlock's, Paypal and Sofinco encrypt all information exchanged to process payment via their own SSL certificate.

You can view the SSL certificate at any time by clicking on the small padlock located in the address bar of your browser.

This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not stored on our computer systems. We therefore do not have access to your bank details.

Payment by check

As soon as you have finalized your order, you will receive an email from Stooly. In this email you will find our contact details, the amount to be paid and the endorsement data to include on the back of the check.

You can then send and address your check to:

The order of the check must be made out to MY COCOON.

Payment by bank transfer

As soon as you have finalized your order, you will receive an email from Stooly. In this email you will find the bank details, the amount to pay and the wording of the transfer to include.

Upon receipt of your payment, the Stooly team will send you an email to confirm receipt of payment.

3x or 4x free

You can make a payment in 3 installments free of charge by PayPal, credit card (Sofinco) or 3 installments free of charge by check (from 300€ purchase) when you validate your order on the site.

For 3x by check, simply choose the “payment by check” option when ordering. Payment works as follows:

The first third of the order is debited a few days after validation of the order:

  • The 2nd third is debited one month after the day of the order
  • The 3rd third is debited two months after the day of the order

Payment via Paypal

The Paypal payment system is a simple way to pay online. By selecting the Paypal payment option, you will be redirected to your Paypal account. You also have the option of paying via Paypal without having a bank account.

Once the transaction is confirmed, you will be able to finish your order on the website. Your account will be debited instantly after validation of your order by our services.

By using this payment method, your bank details are not transmitted to stooly.fr but to the Paypal service. Paypal encrypts and protects your card number, just like our payment service LCL Sherlock's and Sofinco.

Payment by administrative mandate Chorus Pro

Administrative mandate: this payment method is reserved mainly for administrations.

Chorus Pro

Since January 1, 2018, the payment procedure for administrations has been modified with a passage made mandatory by the Chorus Pro tool (in accordance with Order No. 2014-697 of June 26, 2014 relating to the development of electronic invoicing) .

The aim of this tool is to simplify online procedures by limiting the sending of letters and documents in paper format. In addition, its ease of use helps you by simplifying your administrative procedures.

This guide explains how the procedure works with Chorus Pro.

Prerequisites

  • Have created your account on Chorus Pro.
  • Be a public administration and have declared it as such in your customer area.

The following steps will be:

  • Receiving an e-mail: when selecting payment by administrative mandate, you will receive an e-mail with the necessary information.
  • The document must be completed and returned to us signed.
  • Once validation has been carried out on the compatibility side, your invoice will be generated.

Validate invoices on Chorus Pro

It is no longer necessary to make payment by administrative mandate. Papouille can send the invoice directly to the Chorus Pro interface within a few days.

At your level, it will then be necessary to validate the payment of this invoice on the platform.

Following your validation, the Public Treasury will have to make the payment.
