LIFETIME :

• Stooly furniture has been designed to accompany you in each of your events. It is strong and resistant to loads and wear. It must be used in accordance with the purpose for which it was created.
• For optimal lifespan, we recommend always sitting on the seat cushion supplied with the stool: in addition to its functionality relating to comfort and ergonomics, this cushion protects the cardboard of your stool by distributing the loads.
• This way the honeycomb structure will remain intact.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Upon receipt of the furniture, you have 14 days to notify your intention to return the product ordered on Stooly.fr.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We emphasize that we only take back the stool in its blister pack (unopened).

• If you wish to store the furniture after use, we advise you to store it and keep it closed with its elastic in a dry place.
• Please note that if closed for a prolonged period, the magnets could become demagnetized.
  If you are in this situation, we advise you to recharge the magnets using the video method here
• If you wish to leave the stool open, please note that your stool is made with anti-static material to prevent dust from settling on it. On the other hand, it can happen that small elements slip between the cells. They will quickly leave with a vacuum cleaner in blower mode.
• Your stool is resistant to humidity, but prolonged contact with water can damage it. To maintain it properly, please dry it with a dry cloth if you pour water on it.
  If there is a stain, a slightly dampened cloth or a “magic” eraser can also help you make it disappear.

• As the furniture is intended for indoor use only , we do not recommend putting it outside in the rain or in a very humid place such as a bathroom.
• We do not recommend leaving the furniture in a place open to the public without supervision (for example waiting room, hotel lobby). People unfamiliar with the product might tear the fins or sit without the cushions.
• We do not recommend pouring liquids such as wine, the furniture could become stained without the possibility of removing the stain.
• As the paper is not anti-UV, prolonged exposure to the sun will cause the product to discolor.
• If you sit without a seat cushion, the wings may bend on the surface. To restore the vertical position of the fins, it is recommended to close the bench or stool for a few hours.
• It is important to note that even if the wings bend, this will not affect the resistance of the bench, which will remain capable of supporting up to 900 kg per seat.

Stooly is eco-chic and smart furniture, easy to store, which saves you space thanks to furniture that folds like origami.

The other advantage is that it is multi-use. A stool can be used very well as a side table, a small bedside table, a plant stand, a seat...

Very simple ! It’s an origami system that relaxes once opened.

For example for the stool:

Pull on each side to open the cardboard cells. When the walls touch, several magnets inside will attach to the opening.

Facilitate this magnetism by positioning your hands in the middle of these walls.

Tie a bow with the satin ribbon on the side and voila!

We also participate in trade fairs regularly throughout France. Sometimes they are open to the public, for example the Paris Fair, sometimes reserved for professionals. Don't hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of upcoming events!

The stool is resistant to humidity, not water. Contact with water considerably reduces its lifespan.

These are cardboard pieces of furniture, and we have chosen not to chemically treat the cardboard.

We could have added plastic film and made it into outdoor furniture, but that makes it non-recyclable. Keeping them in cardboard is a choice on our part.

It can stain just like a fabric or leather sofa. You must take care of it and maintain appropriate use.

Cardboard can sometimes be very stiff when first opened. Don't hesitate to relax your stool like an accordion to make the cardboard more flexible and keep it open with the magnets.

The more you use it, the more flexible it becomes!

Stooly is furniture designed for indoors. Here are our recommendations for use:

1. To best preserve your Stooly products, it is necessary to prefer dry places and avoid humid areas.
2. You can clean the cardboard with a dry or damp cloth only.
3. In order not to damage the base, it is best to sit on a flat, smooth and dry floor.
4. Avoid bending over or putting one knee directly on the structure without a seat. The solidity will not change

All furniture is sent within 2 to 5 working days. These delivery times may vary slightly depending on available stocks and the volume of orders.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the amount of your basket. For example, for a stool, delivery starts from €7.90 in France.

Shipping costs in Europe and the rest of the world vary depending on the weight, the carrier and the quantities ordered. Add products to the basket and validate it to know the amount.

Yes, it is possible to return your item within 14 days if the product has been neither opened nor damaged. Transport costs for returning the product are your responsibility.

If this is an error, contact us immediately. Your order is processed in logistics after 24 hours. Once this deadline has passed, we will no longer be able to make any modifications and the item will have to be returned to us.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment. If you have not received this email, you can check your spam or contact us .
