The Stooly concept was born from a simple observation: our apartments are getting smaller and smaller and it is therefore more difficult to receive friends and family without having to reorganize the entire living room. The small Stooly stool: a foldable seat that helps you reinvent your interior
When you like to entertain your friends and family, it is sometimes complicated to find both enough seats and space in the room. To make your life easier, we have developed a new type of seat: the small foldable stool. Unfold, close, store: it’s that simple. Once folded, the stool takes up very little space: for example, a high model measuring 42cm in height only takes up 18cm in width, so you can easily store it on a shelf while waiting to receive your friends again.
To meet all your desires, we have declined thesmall stoolin several sizes ranging from 35 to 50cm. You can therefore also use your seat as a side table to complete your coffee table for example. In short, the small stool is ultra versatile, it can be transformed into a designer seat or decorative table in no time. A sturdy and responsible little stool
In addition to being beautiful and practical, thesmall stoolStooly is a sturdy and easy to use seat. To design it, we relied on the origami method: we imagined a honeycomb structure which makes it possible to further reinforce the rigidity of the cardboard. A small stool can then support up to 300kg of load! Although the foldable stool is robust, it is nonetheless ultra practical to use on a daily basis: it is an ingenious system of magnets which allows you to close it to fold it and store it like a book. Then simply open the stool like an accordion and join the walls, the little stool stands on its own!
Cardboard is a sturdy material, but it is also more environmentally friendly than plastic. Thicker than paper, cardboard is made from cellulose, a fiber extracted from wood. Unlike plastic, cardboard has a recycling rate of up to 65% and it can, in addition, be recycled up to ten times. Thanks to this, we can make new packaging, shoe boxes or even decorative objects.
