We are immensely proud to share with you some exciting news: Stooly , your brand of folding and extendable furniture, will be participating in the 5th season of the show "Who wants to be my partner?" , broadcast on M6 from Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 9 p.m.
From the Paris Fair to the small screen: an extraordinary entrepreneurial adventure
Our story with "Who Wants to Be My Partner?" began unexpectedly at the 2024 Paris Fair. The show's team, upon visiting our booth, was captivated by Stooly's unique concept and strongly encouraged us to participate. A few weeks later, we followed their advice and submitted our application.
In July 2024, our adventure officially began when Stooly was selected from among 5,000 applications. This first victory marked the beginning of an intense and formative adventure.
The pre-selection stages, which took place from July to October, were crucial for refining our concept and showcasing our strengths. Preparing for the shoot was a real challenge : we reworked our pitch, designed a striking set design, and prepared every detail of our presentation, right down to choosing our outfits! The coaching sessions with the show's experts were an invaluable source of learning, preparing us to best face investors.
The shoot, which took place in October in the iconic former Christofle factory, was a unique and intense experience. Stooly's two co-founders , Delphine Lau and her husband Lai-Sze Lau, presented the brand to the jury . This day, held under the sign of confidentiality, will remain etched in our memories.
A major challenge for Stooly and its partners : exceptional visibility
Our participation in "Who wants to be my partner?" on a channel as popular as M6, in prime time, is an extraordinary opportunity to make Stooly known to the general public , to share our passion for folding and extending furniture, and to defend our vision of innovative and functional design.
